Payment:

You can pay with IDEAL or Paypal. Once we have received payment, we will ship your order as soon as possible.

Dispatch:

Vinologix is ​​a specialist in shipping wines all over the world. With their boxes, the wines can be shipped safely with carrier DPD. Cost per box:

1-3 bottles 10 euros
4+ bottles 7.50 euros 
Free shipping over 200 euros.
Wadden area: please note that an island surcharge applies. 

Shipping time is between 2 and 5 days.

For rates outside the Netherlands, please contact us. If you live in a remote area or on an island, there will be surcharges on shipping costs that will be charged afterwards.

PLEASE NOTE: from July 1, there is a mandatory age check for sending alcohol. So keep your ID at hand when you see that the driver is almost there, so that the delivery process will run quickly and smoothly. 

Collection:
We do not have a physical store in Amsterdam. Unfortunately, your order cannot be collected. Our wines are also not in stock at Otto Volante. For larger orders you can of course contact us to arrange something.

Return:

The wrong bottle? You can return the wines unopened within 14 days. Please contact us for more information.  Please use the same packaging when returning.

Catering: 

We deliver to many restaurants and wine bars throughout the Netherlands. We would be happy to visit you if you are also interested in natural wine in your bar or restaurant. Contact us to create a catering account and you can easily view our B2B prices online.
