It's back in, our wine Acapulco. Made in Alsace in collaboration with Vanessa from Du vin aux Liens and Farid from Sons of Wine. This year another assemblage tropical, Gamay from Lorraine blended with Pinot blanc and Gewürztraminer fermented on the skins. Awesome orange wine, full of tropical tones and flowers.
