Pinot Gris or Sivi pinot by Aci Urbajs, Organic Anarchy. Long skin contact, so dark and a more light red colour. Very special and deep.

Cult wine, small producer, very rare. Biodynamic grapes and only with a little help from his family he makes these deep natural wines, without adding sulfur or other chemicals in the vineyard or wine on Mount Rifnik in Styria. Beautifully located and super special.
