Oehlala this is exciting and new! Caroline Gimenez has released her first vintage and we have it in! She makes her wines in Anjou, together with friend Jerome Saurigny in the shared wine cellar. The style? Think of Saurigny but fresher, younger and lighter. Super energetic and very tasty for summer days. Very scarce! 

Khardi bis is a blend of Cab Franc and Chenin and some hybrid grape varieties, but this time from 2 annual varieties and made by allowing the wine to mature briefly on Jerome's Sauvignon Blanc marc. Due to the proportions, this wine has become a bit more orange. Another beautiful color, lots of fruit and fresh acidity. Serve this chilled!
