Coteaux Bourguignons Rose from Chapuis fréres. Very limited, special rosé. Soft, light pink, floral and mineral. Very elegant and beautifully integrated and balanced. 

Brothers Chapuis, Romain and Guillaume own a very small winery in the heart of Pommard, Burgundy. After growing up in Aloxe-Corton, Romain was fortunate enough to learn from the famous natural wine producer Pacalet. In 2009 they started their own cave in Pommard. Like many producers these days, they look for good organic grapes and vines from friendly winemakers in the area. They select the vineyards with the greatest care to create the best quality wines.
