Elegant Pinot noir from Alsace, aged for 18 months in old oak barrels. Super nicely balanced with lots of dark fruit (blackberries!) and also some spices and chocolate. Very nice food wine, but can also be taken to a party. Drink it slightly chilled then it tastes best!
