From the local grape variety Cartoixa Vermell, also called Xarello rojo. A grape that is no longer used much because it does not provide enough color for red wine, but you can still make delicious wines with it. It often gives off a light orange, pinkish color. And the taste, rosehip, white pepper, blossom.
