This year the Pinot noir harvest was unfortunately minimal, so Jan had to look for other options to make his Little red riding wolf again. So in 2021 he added Blaufränisch, not a bad idea in our opinion! One of our favorite grapes. So full of fruit! Medium bodied but super juicy.
