Mmmmmuller time... 100% Muller thurgau. That delicious fresh aromatic grape variety, Jan definitely knows what to do with. Some of the grapes have had a little skin contact, but it is still a white wine. It does give that little bit of extra power. Aromatic but completely dry, with always a little fizzzz. Crazy!
