Nice and fresh white wine, made from a blend of the oldest vines (100 years!) and the youngest vines, both a field blend, a gemischer satz, of the grape varieties planted there. Think of Welschriesling, Neuburger, Gruner Veltliner, etc. A nice wine with citrus fruit, apricots and beautiful freshness. Not too wild, but not classic either. Great for drinks or in the sun.
