Oof, this is special. 100% Riesling made by Stephane Bannwarth, but then... aged in Qvevri! So full bunches, long maceration, completely submerged and aged underground in Georgian amphora. Deep, dark, mega special. You have to taste this and maybe eat some cheese with it...
