Zuma - this cuvée is vinified together with Oscar Mancillas, originally from Mexico. Raphael and Oscar (O&R) teamed up a few years ago to create some very interesting new wines together. Like this blend of Grenache gris, blanc and Macabeu. Direct pressing for all grapes. Wonderful exotic nose but also floral wine with surprising yeast notes. Very gastronomical wine. Very low stock.
