Pink moon, a returning wine from Niloufar but this year made in Spain! A co-ferment of Xarello and Ull de llebre. The Xarello is pressed directly and the Ull de llebre is fermented 'whole bunch', together in a steel vat. The result is a super cool light red wine, with vibrant fruit and energy. Something you can drink every day with only 10.5% alcohol. Crazy!
