CX, the beautiful rosé wine from Partida. So special and unique every year. Made from Cartoixa Vermell, also called Xarello Rojo, this grape is no longer used much in Spain due to the lack of color it produces. You cannot make red wine from it, but with some skin contact you create the most beautiful, light orange-pink colored white wine that tastes of wild peach, the sea and pink pepper. Very special.
