A soft Pinot Gris macerated on the skin, so no white wine, no orange and actually almost no longer rose, this is light red in color. But you can't officially call it that, of course. So, dark rose,  strawberries, raspberries. Pinot Gris with skin contact, 1 of our favorite styles.
