A soft Pinot Gris macerated on the skins, so not a white wine, not an orange and actually almost impossible to call it pink anymore, this is light red in color. But of course you can't officially call it that. So, dark rose,  strawberries, raspberries. Pinot Gris with skin contact, one of our favorite styles. And only 9.5% alcohol!
