Soft, fruity and mineral Barbera. Very elegant and expressive, beautiful soft velvety tannins. Think cherries and plums, with spicy aromas like cloves or cinnamon. Made with an old technique from Piedmont where they immerse the skins with a wooden grid during fermentation. Further matured in concrete and wooden barrel. 

Sette makes beautiful wines in Nizza Monferrato, Piemonte Italy. Some vineyards are located in the DOCG of Asti, such as this Barbera.
