Beautiful rich Barbera from Nizza Monferrato, aged for 20 days in concrete barrels and then in large wooden barrels for 2 years, then aged in bottle for 1 more year. Francesco never uses additives in his wines or vineyards and you can taste it. His wines are rustic but elegant. Chocolate, dark fruit, mint, delicate!
