Cabernet Sauvignon like you've never seen it before. Light, juicy and from Sicily! When we asked Vincenzo a few years ago to make a light red wine, he was eager. He still had an abandoned plot of Cabernet that did not do well enough to make a full red wine. No sooner said than done... and what a success! Mineral, cherries and soft tannins. Drink it slightly chilled!
