Deep orange wine, made from old Catarratto vines. Fermented for 60 days with the skins in chestnut wooden barrels and matured for another 6 months. The year that is only now being released is 2019, so it has also matured nicely in the bottle. This is orange. Amber. Caramel, minerals, dried fruit, nuts.
