Orange wines
Orange wines are white wines made like red wines. So in contact with the skins, stems and pits of the grapes. Let's call them skin contact wines, or skin macerated, or bianco macerato. Because they are not always 'orange'. Normally the white grapes are pressed and separated from the skins of the grapes, but with orange wines you keep the wine macerating on it. The contact with the skins gives the wines the colour, taste and tannins that is recognisable for orange wines. They have always body and structure and a loads of flavor.
